Zero-Tolerance Policy
Clement Arts is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all children in our programs. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children. Individuals who have been convicted of, pled guilty, or pled no contest to any offense involving abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a minor are strictly prohibited from employment, volunteer service, or participation in any program, event, or activity involving minors.
This prohibition applies regardless of the date of the offense, jurisdiction, or whether the individual’s civil rights have been restored. Clement Arts reserves the right to conduct background checks, verify information, and deny or revoke participation at its sole discretion if there is credible information indicating a potential risk to children. Individuals who are currently under investigation may be restricted from participation at the discretion of the Executive Director, who will consider the nature and context of the investigation in determining any action.
